Comment by Thottbot You'll need to do Klatu's beads quest first. The dog in the square in HH hid them. Follow him after you treat him a cookie. Buying a cookie requires one Maiden's Anguisj and one Silk Thread. This quest is the follow-up, if I remember correctly. Barada and the Colonel can be found in the room on the right of Klatu, second floor of the inn in HH.
